One of the many things that I continue to be passionate about is sharing how much of how we feel and where are health can be is strongly influenced by lifestyle changes. Equipping ourselves with the tools to empower our wellness can, at the very least, strengthen our immune system and make us more resilient to whatever challenges come along. One of the first principles of Five Element theory connects each element with specific aspects, energy and foods that guide you to being your healthiest you in each season.
